GENERAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (GED) PROGRAM
The GED (General Educational Development) tests are a group of four exams that assess proficiency in subjects typically taught in high school, offering an alternative to a traditional high school diploma for those who did not complete high school. This certification is an alternative to the U.S. high school diploma, as is HiSET. Passing the GED test gives those who do not complete high school, or who do not meet requirements for high school diploma, the opportunity to earn a Certificate of High School Equivalency or similarly titled credential.
The West African Academics Professional Centre (WAAPC) offers a comprehensive GED preparatory program designed to help students in Côte d'Ivoire and across West Africa earn their General Educational Development (GED) diploma. This qualification serves as an alternative to the traditional high school diploma, opening doors to higher education and improved career prospects
